ORDINANCE <br /> <br />PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS <br /> KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION <br /> OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF <br /> RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS <br /> 9.20.21 B-1 BUSINESS DISTRICT; 9.20.22 B-2 <br /> BUSINESS DISTRICT; 9.20.23 B-3 BUSINGS <br /> DISTRICT; 9.20.24 BUSINESS WAREHOUSE <br /> DISTRICT; AND 9.20.25 INDUSTRIAL DISTRI%~'T <br /> OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF <br /> RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> SECIION 1. ,~MENDMENT <br /> Sections 9.20.21, 9.20.22, 9.20.2:], <br /> 9.20.24, and 9.20.25 are hereby amended to <br /> include the following language: <br /> Lighting. Any lighting used to illuminate <br /> an off-street parking area, sign or structure, <br /> shall be arranged to deflect light away from an <br /> adjoining residential district or public street. <br /> Bulbs emitting in excess of 3,000 lumens (150 <br /> watts) shall be so directed that the bulb is n,.ot <br /> visible from off of the property where such <br /> light source is located. <br /> SECTION 4.
