PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION ORDINANCE #96-16 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA couNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drain- age and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-wit: All drainage and utility easements con- tained within Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 3, A.E.C. ENERGY PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its pu'bllcation subject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
