AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS'. 9.20.11 R-1R RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; 9.20.12 R- 1U RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, AND 9.20.12 R-1U RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, AND 9.20:13 R-2U RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. AMENDMENT Sections 9.20.11, 9.20.12, and 9.20.13 are hereby amended to include the following lan- guage under Subdivision 2 Permitted Uses: Churches (except that no church will be permitted in a building designed primarily for residential use without first applying for and obtaining a con- ditional use permit and that no church structure/ will be converted to a com- mercial use upon the expiration of the occupancy and/or the conditional use permit without obtaining a separate conditional use permit for the newly proposed commercial use.) SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE , The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
