<br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains:
<br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY.
<br /> This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to andI
<br />under the authority of the Home Rule Charter'
<br />of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and
<br />M~nnesota Statutes 412.851.
<br />SECTION 2. VACA.TION.
<br /> The following described dedicated!
<br />drainage, utility and public easements is here-[
<br />by vacated, 1o wit:
<br /> All drainage, utility and public easementsi
<br />contained within the following legally
<br />described property:
<br /> That part of Lot 3, Block 7, Klemish
<br /> Addition, which lies East of a line
<br /> drawn from a point in the South fine of
<br /> said Lot 3, distant 71.12. feet West of
<br /> the Southeast corner of said Lot 3 to a
<br /> point in the North line of said Lot 3,
<br /> distant 57.30 feet West of the
<br /> Northeast corner of said Lot 3, Anoka
<br /> County, Minnesota.
<br /> also
<br /> That part of Lot 3, Block 7, Klemish
<br /> Addition described as beginning at a
<br /> point in the South line of said Lot 3
<br /> distant 71.13 feet West of the
<br /> Southeast corner of said Lot 3; thence
<br /> North to a point in the North line of
<br /> said Lot 3, distant S7.30 feet West of
<br /> the Northeast corner of Said Lot 3,

<br /> said Lot 3 a distance of 164.38 feet;

<br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br /> This Ordinance becomes effective thirty
<br />(30) days after its publication subject to the
<br />City Charter Section 5.07.

<br />Ramsey this the 10th day of December, 1996.
