SECT ON 6. UNDUE HARDSHIP EXCEPTIONS.

<br /> subdivision or platting of any land within the
<br /> 'City shall be permitted'and'no appllC~ltions for
<br /> said subdivision or platting shall be accepted,
<br /> except for those lands identified in Sections 5
<br />
<br />and 6 below.
