SECTION 1, AMENDMENT The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Rural Residential to R-1 Urban Residential: Outlots A and B, Alpine Addition, Anoka County. SECTION 2. MAP The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopt- ed pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATF This Ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publicatioh, subject to City Charter Section 5.04.
