<br /> SECTION 1. AMENDMENT
<br /> The following legally described property is
<br /> hereby rezoned from R-1 Rural Residential to R-1
<br /> Urban Residential:
<br /> The south half of the Southeast Quarter
<br /> of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25,
<br /> Anoka County, Minnesota, lying west of
<br /> the west right-of-way line of State
<br /> Highway No. 47, EXCEPT the following:
<br /> Commencing at the northwest corner of
<br /> said south half of the Southeast Quarter
<br /> of Section 14, thence with the south line
<br /> of said south half North 89 degrees 4.5
<br /> minutes 41 seconds East, on an
<br /> assumed bearing basis, 1327.72 feet to
<br /> the point.~f beginning herein; thence
<br /> continuing ~ith said south line North
<br /> 89 degrees 45 minutes 41 seconds East,
<br /> 808.12 feet to the computed west right-
<br /> of-way line of State Highway No. 47;

<br />of Ramsey Zoning Map," which map was adopt-'
<br />ed pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code.
<br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE
<br /> This Ordinance becomes effective 30 days
<br />after i~s passage and publication, subject to City
<br />Charter Section 5.04.
<br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of
<br />Ramsey, Minnesota the 10th day of'June, 1997.
