ORDINANCE #97-09 <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER IS <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY <br />CODE. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 9.20.25 (Industrial District) (Subd. 2) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Permitted Uses: (Subject to general requirements and performance standards as <br />specified by this Chapter.) <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br />g. <br />h. <br />i. <br /> <br />Manufacturing <br />Research labs <br />Testing labs. <br />Offices <br />Supply Yard with building <br />Warehousing <br />Truck terminals with building <br />Athletic facilities/fitness centers/dance studios <br />Business incubators/multi tenant facilities housing manufacturing, research labs, testing <br />labs, offices, athletic facilities/fitness centers/dance studios, motor vehicle, implement <br />and recreation equipment sales or repair, governmental or public uses, indoor commercial <br />recreation, light manufacturing, radio and television offices and stations, and wholesale <br />businesses, provided they do not require outside storage or outside overnight parking. A <br />maximum of 20% of the units or suites of such a facility may be occupied by enclosed <br />retail and rental activity as a principal use. <br /> <br />Section 9.20.25 (Industrial District) (Subd. 3 Accessory Uses) is hereby amended to include the <br />following: <br /> <br />Enclosed retail and rental activity as an accessory to a permitted use in a business <br />incubator or multi-tenant facility provided the retail or rental activity does not occupy <br />more than 15% of the gross floor area of the occupied unit or suite. <br /> <br />Section 9.20.24 (B-W Business/Warehousing District) (Subd. 2) is hereby amended to include <br />the following: <br /> <br /> <br />
