ORDINANCE SUMMARY FOR~ <br />PUBLICATION <br /> The following is the o~fi¢lal summary of <br />Ordinance #97-09; which has been approved by <br />the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly <br />informing the public of the intent and effect of <br />the ordinance: <br /> Section 9.20.24 (B-W Business Warehouse <br />District) and Section 9.20.2,5 (Industrial District) <br />are amended to allow for business incubators <br />and multi,tenant facilities and their permitted <br />uses which include the following: manufactur- <br />ing, research labs, testing labs, offices, athletic <br />facilities/fitness centers/dance studios, motor <br />vehicle, implement and recreation equipment <br />sales or repair, governmental or public uses, <br />indoor commercial recreation, light manufactur- <br />in9, radio and television offices and stations, <br />and wholesale businesses, provided they do not <br />require outside storage or outside overnight <br />parking. A maximum of 20% of the units or <br />suites of such a facility may be occupied by <br />enclosed retail and rental activity as a principal <br />use. Enclosed retail and rental activity will be <br />allowed as an accessory ton permitted use in a <br />business incubator or multi-tenant facility pro- <br />vided the retail or rental activity does not <br />py more than 15% of the gross floor area of the <br />occupied unit or suite. A business incubator or <br />multi-tenant facility will be defined as an Indus- <br />trial development consisting of two (2) or more <br />separate uniB or suites sharing a common build- <br />ing and parking area, <br />SECTION 2. ~ <br /> The effective date of this Ordinance is, thirty <br />(30) days alter its passage and publication, sub-. <br />ject to.City Charier Section 5.07. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) ,.":' ' <br />County of Anoka ) ss · · <br /> <br /> Peter G.
