PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 9~e~ .......... <br /> CiTY OF RAMSE¥ q~'"/0 ) <br /> <br /> ANOKA COUNTy <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA - <br /> AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 2 OF THE 'CITY <br /> CODE, AMENDING SECTION 2.03.02, SUBD. 3 <br /> AND ADDING SECTION 2.03.02 SUBD. 6 <br /> IMPLEMENTING TERM LIMITS. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION <br /> 2.03.02 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSES', <br /> MINNESOTA. <br /> The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> SECTION 1: SUMI~ARY <br /> The following official summary of <br /> Ordinance //97-09 has been approyed by the <br /> City Council of ~he' City of Ramsey as clearly <br /> informing the public of the intent and effect of <br /> the Ordinance. <br /> It is the intent and effect of Ordinanc~ 97-09 <br /> to amend Section 2.03.02 of the City Code, <br /> Section which is entiUed "Appointment of <br /> Members, Terms of Office and Removal." <br /> Section 2.03.02 establishes the way members of <br /> City boards and commissions are appointed, <br /> their terms of office, and how they may be <br /> removed from office.
