<br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDI-'
<br />CATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS ·
<br />IN TIlE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, r
<br />MINNESOTA.
<br />  The City of Ramsey Ordains:
<br />sECTION 1. AUTHORITY.
<br />    This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and
<br />under the authority of the Home Rule Charter
<br />of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.O6 and
<br />Minnesota Statutes 412.851.
<br />SECTION 2. VACATION
<br />    The following described dedicated drainage
<br />and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-wit:
<br />         of the drainage and utility
<br />    nent over, under, and across that
<br />          Lot 1, Block 2, Rum River Hills,
<br />  lying within a lO-foot wide strip of
<br />  land, the exterior boundaries of which
<br />  are the perimeter lot lines of s,aid Lot 1,
<br />  Block 2, Rum River Hills, Anoka
<br />  County, Minnesota.
<br />  .-and-
<br />  That part of the drainage and utility
<br />  easement over, under, and across that
<br />  part of OuUot C, Rum River Hills, lying
<br />  within a lO-foot wide strip of land, the
<br />  exterior boundaries of which are the
<br />  perimeter lot lines of said Outlot C, Rum
<br />     River Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota.
<br /> SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE
<br />     This Ordinance becomes effective thirty
<br /> (30) days after its publication subject to the
<br /> City Charter Section 5.07.
<br />     PASSED by the City Council of the City of
<br /> Ramsey this the 26th day of August, 1997.
