ORDINANCE NO. 97-12 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDI- CATED STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT. IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of/he Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated street hereby vacated, to-wit: part of the Town Road as described Book 60 of Deeds, page 86 which lies within Government Lot 3, Section 26, Township 32, Range 25 Anoka County, Minnesota and lies easterly of the east- erly line of Anoka County Right-of-Way Plat No. 1; according to the recorded · plat thereof. EXCEPT any portion of said Town Road lying within the right-of-way of Sunwood Drive Northwest as described in document No. 1226775. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication subject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
