ORDINANCE NO. 97-12 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDI- <br /> CATED STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT. IN <br /> THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br /> MINNESOTA. <br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and <br /> under the authority of/he Home Rule Charter <br /> of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and <br /> Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> The following described dedicated street <br /> hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> part of the Town Road as described <br /> Book 60 of Deeds, page 86 which lies <br /> within Government Lot 3, Section 26, <br /> Township 32, Range 25 Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota and lies easterly of the east- <br /> erly line of Anoka County Right-of-Way <br /> Plat No. 1; according to the recorded <br /> · plat thereof. EXCEPT any portion of said <br /> Town Road lying within the right-of-way <br /> of Sunwood Drive Northwest as <br /> described in document No. 1226775. <br />SECTION 3.
