ORDINANCE NO. 97-14 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY ' <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF <br />CERTAIN CITY-OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED <br />IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />Section 1. PURPOSE <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to <br />authorize the City to sell certain real property <br />which property the City Council has deter- <br />mined is no longer necessar~ for the City's pur- <br />poses. This chapter is adopted pursuant to and <br />under the authority of Section 12.05 of the <br />City Charter. <br />Segit 2. ~ <br /> ~City Council hereby declares the fol- <br />Iolll~Regally described real property owned <br />by the City, as surplus property and hereby <br />authorizes its sale. Said property is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> That part of Lot 7, AUDITOR'S <br /> SUBDIVISION NO. 96, Anoka County, '. <br /> Minnesota, lying southerly of the east- <br /> erly extension of the north line of the <br /> south 94.00 feet of Lot $ in said <br /> AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NC). 96, <br />'Section 3. ~ <br /> The City Council shall by property enacted <br />resolution determine the consideration and <br />terms upon which the above described proper- <br />ty may be sgld. <br />Section 4.
