ORDINANCE NO. 97-14 CITY OF RAMSEY ' ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY-OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY The City of Ramsey Ordains: Section 1. PURPOSE It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain real property which property the City Council has deter- mined is no longer necessar~ for the City's pur- poses. This chapter is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. Segit 2. ~ ~City Council hereby declares the fol- Iolll~Regally described real property owned by the City, as surplus property and hereby authorizes its sale. Said property is legally described as follows: That part of Lot 7, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 96, Anoka County, '. Minnesota, lying southerly of the east- erly extension of the north line of the south 94.00 feet of Lot $ in said AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NC). 96, 'Section 3. ~ The City Council shall by property enacted resolution determine the consideration and terms upon which the above described proper- ty may be sgld. Section 4. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective up6n its passage and thirty (30) days after its publica- tion according to law, subject to City Charter provision, Section 5.04.
