ORDINANCE #97~15 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUN13' SI'ATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH. iS KNOWN AS THE "ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND" CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.11.18 "GRADING, MINING AND FILLING PERMITS" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsay ordains: SECTION 1. ~ENDMENT Section 9.11.18 (Grading, Mining and Filling Permits), Subd. 6(b) Is hereby amended to read as follows: Subd. 6. Performance Standards. b. Water resources· The grading, mining or fill- ing operation shall be conducted in such a manner as to minimize interference wi[l~ the water drainage outside of the of'the operation. occurring below groundwater elevatio~ may require an analysis performed by a hydrologist or other qualified profes- sional.
