ORDINANCE #97~15 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUN13' <br /> SI'ATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH. iS <br />KNOWN AS THE "ZONING AND SUBDIVISION <br />OF LAND" CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.11.18 <br />"GRADING, MINING AND FILLING PERMITS" <br />OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> The City of Ramsay ordains: <br />SECTION 1. ~ENDMENT <br />Section 9.11.18 (Grading, Mining and Filling <br />Permits), Subd. 6(b) Is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> Subd. 6. Performance Standards. <br /> b. Water resources· The grading, mining or fill- <br /> ing operation shall be conducted in such a <br /> manner as to minimize interference wi[l~ the <br /> water drainage outside of the <br /> of'the operation. <br /> occurring below groundwater <br /> elevatio~ may require an analysis performed <br /> by a hydrologist or other qualified profes- <br /> sional.
