<br /> Ramsey. Planning.Commission will h01d.a public
<br /> hearing on Tuesday, October 21, 1997 at 6:15
<br /> p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153
<br /> Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
<br />     The purpose of the hearing is to consider
<br /> an ordinance to amend Section 9.1.1.18
<br /> (Grading, Mining and Filling Permits) of the
<br /> Ramsey City Code to eliminate that language
<br /> in Subdivision 6(b) that prohibits grading,
<br /> mining or filling operations occurring at below
<br /> an elevation of six feet above the elevation of
<br />O:later table on the work site.
<br /> I interested persons are invited to attend
<br /> earing and cgmment on the proposed
<br /> ordinance. The City of Ramsey complies with
<br /> the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon
<br /> advance request, information will be provided
<br /> in 'an alternative form ~.nd interpreters will be
<br /> available. Any person with such a request
<br /> should contact Administrative Services
