ORDINANCE #97-16 <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />SECTION 1, AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from B-1 Business to B-2 Business: <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the northwest comer of <br />GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES ESTATES, said Anoka County, according to the recorded <br />plat thereof; thence southerly along the west line of said GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES <br />ESTATES a distance of 330.00 feet; thence westerly parallel with the north line of said <br />Southwest Quarter a distance of 660.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be <br />described; thence continue westerly along last said parallel line a distance of 334.55 feet; <br />thence southwesterly, deflecting to the left, 23 degrees 44 minutes 38 seconds to the <br />centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47; thence northeasterly along said centerline to <br />the north line of said Southwest Quarter; thence easterly along said north line to the <br />intersection with a line parallel to the west line of said GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES <br />ESTATES that passes through the point of beginning; thence southerly along said parallel <br />line to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />SECTION 2, MAP <br /> <br />The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of <br />Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after it's passage and publication, sub~ject to City <br />Charter Section 5.04. <br /> <br /> <br />
