ORDINANCE//97-16 <br /> <br /> CITY OF'RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH <br /> IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUB- <br /> DIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY <br /> CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION <br /> 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY <br /> CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> The following legally described property is <br /> hereby rezoned from B-1 Business to B-2 <br /> Business: <br /> That part of the Southwest Quarter of <br /> Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, <br />jnoka County, Minnesota, described as <br />ollows: Commencing at the northwest <br />orner of GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES <br />ESTATES, said Anoka County, according <br />to the recorded plat thereof; thence <br />southerly along the west line of said <br />GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES ESTATES a <br />distance of 330.00 feet; thence westerly <br />parallel with the north line of said <br />Southwest Quarter a distance of 660.00 <br />feet to the point of beginning of the <br />land to be described; thence continue <br />westerly along last said parallel line a <br />distance of 334.55 feet; thence south- <br />westerly, deflecting to the left, 23 <br />degrees 44 minutes 38 seconds to the <br />centerline of State Trunk Highway No. <br />47; thence northeasterly along said cen- <br />terline to the north line of said .South- <br />west Quarter; thence easterly along said <br /> north line to the intersection with a line <br /> parallel to the west line of said <br /> GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES ESTATES that <br /> passes through the point of beginning; <br /> thence southerly along said parallel line <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> SECTION 2.
