5) Every application for a building permit to construct a mobile home <br />park or to expand an existing mobile home park shall be accompanied by <br />plans approved by the State of Minnesota Department of Health showing <br />that the applicant is complying with all recommendations, suggestions, and <br />laws under the jurisdiction of that department. <br /> <br /> 6) The building permit shall be issued by the City Building Official after <br />it has been approved by a majority vote of the City Council. <br /> <br /> 7) The applicant, at the time of filing the application, shall deposit with <br />the City Clerk the sum of Six Hundred and 00/100ths Dollars ($600.00) for <br />expenses the City will incur in processing the application; said sum shall <br />be used for the purpose of defraying the City's expenses for engineering, <br />legal and inspection fees, and any like expenses the City Council deems <br />appropriate. At any time the City's Administrative Assistant deems the <br />money escrow deposit to be insufficient, sums shall be required to be deposited <br />by the applicant in amounts as determined by the administrative assistant. <br />Any funds not used for the expenses as described in this section shall be <br />returned to the applicant within a reasonable time after completion of the <br />project. <br /> <br />SECTION Z.
