Authority: This Ordinance is enacted pursuant to MSA Section 410.12, Subd. 7, Section 2. Amendment: A. Section 3.05 of the Ramsay Home Rule Charter Is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 3.q5. Procedures on Ordinances. Every prop&seal ordinance shell 'be pre, sented in writing. No ordinance shall contain more than one subject. Such sub, Ject shaU be clearly (~xpressed irt its title, The enacting clause shall be "Tbe City of Ramsey Ordains". No ordinance, except an emergency'ordinance, shall be adopted at the meeting at which It is introduced and at least three days shal! elapse between its introduction and final adoption. B. Section 3.08 of the Ramsay Home Rule Charter shall be amended lo read as follows: Section 3,08. Procedure on Resolutions. Every resolution shall be presented in writing and shall be filed and preserved by the clerk administrator. Section 3, Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective 90 days after its passage and publication subject to the provisions of A6SA Section 410.12, Subd. 7.
