Amendment. : Section 170.0317A Is hereby added to Chapter 170.03 of the City Code, which section shall read as follows: 170.0317A Trunk Storm Drainage Assessments. Iff all drainage districts In which the City has installed i or is Ir~ the process of installing trunk drainage facilltles~ any subdivision or r .~esubdivlsion of any lot or parcel will not be i~ermitted until the subdivider pays or agrees to pay the trunk storm drainage charge. The amount of the storm drainage charge shell be the City's cost of the Storm drainage Improvenq'ent plus an increased amount of Inflationary costs as :, determined by the Construction Cost Index.
