On parcels of land one (1) acre and less than two and one-half (2-1/2) <br />acres in size, the accessory structure and/or attached or detached <br />garage shall be built with the same type construction materials and <br />shall have the same general design and exterior facing finish as that <br />of the principal structure located on the parcel. <br /> <br />~arce]s of Land 2~1/2 Acres and Greater <br /> <br />On parcels of land two and one-half (2-1/2) acres in size, accessory <br />structures shall not exceed 1,200 square feet. In no event <br />shall the total square footage of the attached or detached garage and <br />the accessory structure exceed 5,664 square feet on any parcel of land <br />two and one-half (2-1/2) acres and greater in size. <br /> <br />On parcels of land two and one-half (2-1/2) acres and greater in size, <br />all accessory structures shall have a design and exterior facing <br />finish which is compatible, as determined by the Building Inspector, <br />with the principal structure. Galvanized finishes shall not be <br />permitted. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. ~.~ <br /> <br />City of Ramsey Ordinance 79-4 is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
