<br /> IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING"CHAPTER OF
<br /> THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA.
<br /> AN ORDINANC-E AMENDING SECTION
<br /> 170.014B "ACCESSORY USES" OR' CHAPTER
<br /> 170.01 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY,
<br /> MINNESOTA AND REPEALING CITY OF
<br /> RAMSEY ORDI NANCE 79:4. -
<br /> The City Council of the City of Ramsay does
<br /> hereby ordain: ' · :-
<br /> SECTION 1.AMENDMENT - ·
<br /> Chapter 170.014B, Paragraph 5, of the City
<br /> Code of Ramsay,-Minnespta Is hereby amended
<br /> to read as follows: "' 1
<br /> 5) :'Size Restrictions of A~cessary StructUres

<br /> On parcels.of, land one (1) acr,e or]ess in size,
<br /> no single accessory structure sliall,exceed 624
<br /> square ieet in size. In the agent that ~h& attached
<br /> Of detached garage located on the same parcel of
<br /> land does not exceed 864 square feet, the
<br /> accessdry structure may include the difference
<br /> belween the square footage of the attached or
<br /> detached garage and 864 square feet: In no'event '
<br /> shall the total square footage of the attadhed or
<br /> detached garage an¢ the accessory structure
<br /> exceed 1,~88 square feet on any parcel of land
<br /> one (1) acre or less ir/size.
<br /> The acce~sory~ structure and/or attached or
<br /> detached garage shall be built with the .same

<br /> as that of the principal structure located on the
<br /> parcel.

<br /> On parcels of land greater than one (I)' acre
<br /> and less then two and one-half (2-V2) acres in
<br /> size, no single accessory structure shall exceed
<br /> 800 square feet in size. In the event that the
<br /> attached or detached garage located on the same
<br /> parcel of 'land ~es'nof exceed 864 ~quare feet, the
<br /> accessory structure may include the diffefence
<br /> between thelsquare footage of the attached or
<br /> detached garage and 864square feet. In no event

<br /> City of Ramsay Ordinance 79-4 Is hereby
<br /> repealed.
