4 <br /> <br />Fifteen percent (15%) discount for senior citizens <br />{heads of households, age 65 and over) and for handi- <br />capped heads of households {as defined by State of <br />Minnesota) on Monthly Service Charges for the Mini- <br />Basic, Basic and Interactive Services; this excludes <br />Teleprompter's security service, <br /> <br />Installation is free if installed at same time as first <br />outlet for cable television service; $29.95 if installed <br />at a later date. <br /> <br />Not available without cable television service. <br /> <br />Senior Citizens receive free remote control with one <br />premium service. Senior Citizens receive remote control <br />for $3.00 monthly charge with Basic Service. <br /> <br />II. A. <br /> <br />Bm <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Commercial-Account Charges--All hotels, motels, TV <br />retall 'and service stores, nursing homes, and hos- <br />pitals. <br /> <br />The maximum monthly service charge per outlet of <br />commercial usage is 50 percent of the residential <br />first-set rate for the same service. Installation <br />charges will be determined on an individual basis <br />after an engineering survey of the facility has <br />been completed. In no event will the charges ex- <br />ceed the standard installation charge on a per-unit <br />basis. <br /> <br />Bulk-Rate Account Charges--All apartment buildings, <br />condominiums, trailer parks, etc., having five or <br />more single-family dwellings at the same or con- <br />tinguous service address with single point billing. <br /> <br />Billing for bulk-rate accounts is based on total <br />units, whether occupied or not. The maximum <br />monthly service charge per outlet for this category <br />is 80 percent of the residential first-set rate for <br />the same service. Installation charges will be <br />determined on an individual basis after an <br />engineering survey of the facility has been com- <br />pleted. In no event will the charges exceed the <br />standard installation charge on a per-unit basis. <br /> <br />Installation Over 200 Feet--For installation of <br />service drops longer than 200 feet, the resident <br />will be charged an additional amount for the in- <br />stallation equal to the incremental increase of the <br />cost of time and materials for everything longer <br />than 200 feet. <br /> <br /> - 3 - <br />Ordinance #86-1 <br /> <br /> <br />
