<br />~ SECTION 1. AMENDMENT
<br /> The fo.llo~91ng described property 'is hereby
<br />rezoned from U8 - Urban Eualness to P.U.D. -
<br />Planned Unit Development:
<br /> All that part of Government Lot 6, section 3~,
<br />Township 32, Range 25; and of Government Lot
<br />3, Section 25, said Township and Range, both In
<br />AnDRe Couflly, Minnesota, described es Com-
<br />mencing at a point on the centerllne of St.
<br />Francis Boulevard N.W. distant 480.00 feet nor-
<br />thwesterly from the Intersection of said
<br />cenferilne with the South line of said Gov-
<br />ernment Lot 6, as: measured along said
<br />centerilne; thence northwesterly along said
<br />centerllne for 250.00 feet to the actual Point of
<br />Beginning of the land to be hereby described;
<br />thence northeasterly, et · right angle to said

<br /> The City Engineer is hereby Instructed to
<br />cause this amendment to be shown on the "City
<br />of Ramsay Zoning Map," which map Is adopted
<br />pursuant to Section 170.012 of Chapter 170.01 of
<br />the City Cede.
<br /> SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE
<br /> This ordinance becomes effective thirty days
<br />after its passage and publication subject to City
<br />Charter Section 5.04.
