<br /> 170.012 "ZONING MAP AND DISTRICTS" OF
<br /> CHAPTER 170.01 OF THE CITY CODE OF
<br /> RAMSEY, MINNESOTA.
<br /> SECTION 1. Amendment
<br /> The following described property Is hereby
<br /> rezoned from UB Urban Business to UR Urban
<br /> Resldentlah
<br /> That part of Goverllment Lots 3 and 4, Section
<br /> 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County,
<br /> Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing
<br /> at a point on the centerllne of St. Francl~
<br /> Boulevard N.W. distant 480.00 feet
<br /> northwesterly, as measured along said
<br /> centerllne,'flrom the Intersection of said
<br /> centerllne with the South line of Government Lot
<br /> 6 of Section 36, said Township 32, Range 25;
<br /> thence continue n0rthWeSrterly along said
<br /> centerllne for 250.00 feet; then northeasterly at
<br /> right angles from said centerllne for 350.00 feet;
<br /> thence northwesterly, along a line to be
<br /> hereafter known as Line "A" for the purposes of
<br /> this description, parallel with said centerllne, for
<br /> i100.00 feet to a point to be hereafter known as
<br /> Point "B" for the purposes of this description,

<br /> thence southwesterly a distance of 161.37 feet,
<br /> along said westerly Ilne of Waco Street, on a
<br /> tangential curve concave ~o the southeast, the
<br /> central angle of which Is 35 degrees, 33 minutes,
<br /> 37 seconds, and the radius is 260.00 feet to the
<br /> point of beginning.
<br /> SECTION 2. MAP
<br /> The City Engineer is hereby instructed to
<br /> cause this amendment to be shown on the "City
<br />I of Ramsay Zoning Map," which map Is adopted
<br /> pursuant to Section 170.012 of Chapter 170.01 of
<br /> the City Code.
<br /> SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE
<br /> This ordinance becomes effective thirty days
<br /> after Its passage and publication subject to City
<br /> Charter Section 5.04.
