<br /> SECTION I. AMENDMENT

<br /> follows:
<br /> a. Under twenty,one (21) years of age.
<br /> Section 130.048 paragraph 3, Conditions of
<br /> LIcens~ Is amended to read as follows:

<br /> SECTION 2. CERTAIN PERSONS EXCEPTED
