AMENDMENT TO SECTION <br /> 170.015G. <br /> The first parag~'apt~ of Section 170.015G of the <br /> City Code Is amended to read as follows: <br /> Every private Inground swimming pool or <br /> commercial fishing pond shall be enclosed by a <br /> fence or wall not les.s than four feet high to pre- <br /> vent ~ncontrolled access by small ch. lldren. <br /> SECTION 2. ' <br /> AMENDMENT TOSECTION 170.017D. ' <br /> The first paragraph of Section 170.017D of the <br /> City Code Is amended to read as follows: <br /> All off-street parking areas shall be surfaced <br /> with blacktop or concrete. Any other' surface <br /> material shall require approval by the City <br /> Engineer prior to appllcatlo¢l. Such area shall <br /> be so graded and drained as to dispose of all <br /> surface water accumulation sotlsfactorlly. <br /> SECTION 3. <br /> AMENDMENT TO SEC'TION 17~,017L..' <br /> The first two paragraphs of Section 170.017L <br /> of the City Code are amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> It Is th~ policy of the' City to'preserve and <br /> pr. omot& attractive, stable residential, business <br />· and Jndustrla! environments through the con- <br /> structlgn of quality projects and developments. <br /> No structure or land shall be used or change <br /> <br /> reconstructed, moved or structurally altered <br /> In- conformity with the following <br /> clflcatlons for the zoning district in which II <br /> <br /> Site plan rev'laws'are r~uired for all Pr0pos- <br /> ed multiple family dwellings (3 or more units), <br /> mobile home parks, commercial and Industrial <br /> developments, and all proposed developments <br /> within the Flood Plain, Scenic Rivers, .and Eh-' <br /> vironmen'tal Protection and Critical Rivers <br /> Overlay Districts.
