-5- <br /> <br />(e) The activity areas in which a wild animal is handled shall be <br />screened or landscaped in such a manner as to prevent them from <br />being visible at any time of the year from the road right-of-way, <br />and public properties. <br /> <br />110.18# LICENSE <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. Prohibition. No person shall keep a wild animal unless a wild <br />animal license has been approved by the City for that person and that acti- <br />vity, in accordance with this ordinance. <br /> <br />Subdivision 2. Ten copies of a letter explaining in detail the proposed use and addressing <br />regulations in 110.183, Subdivision 2, and review criteria in 110.18% Subd. <br />5. <br /> <br />C. Ten copies of an accurate site plan (drawn to scale) or survey of the <br />lot on which the proposed use would occur and the adjacent lots showing: <br />(1) lot dimensions, (2) location, size and configuration of the area proposed <br />to be used for the keeping of wild animals - including all existing and pro- <br />posed buildings, structures, and enclosures, (3) setbacks from front lot line, <br />side lot lines, and rear lot line, and distances from neighboring dwellings, <br />pastures, barns, and corrals, (4) vegetation and terrain features such as steep <br />slopes~ wetlands, woods and any natural and proposed screening or landscaping, <br />(5) driveways, public and private roadways, parking and loading areas, (6) <br />easements for roads, access, open space, views, and utilities, and (7) location <br />of well and septic. The City reserves the right to require a certificate of <br />survey. <br /> <br />D. Two copies of all permits required from the Minnesota Department of <br />Natural Resources, United States Department of Agriculture, United States <br />Fish & Wildlife, and any other governmental agency. <br /> <br />E. Two copies of the owner's qualifications, list of professional references <br />and any other background materials as required by the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />F. Payment of application fee and miscellaneous fees as established by <br />the City resolutions and ordinance. <br /> <br />G. Two copies of building plans for primary and secondary enclosures. <br /> <br />H. Any additional information found necessary by the City Zoning Administra- <br />tor. <br /> <br /> <br />
