PENALTY <br /> Any person violating any provision of this or- <br />dinance is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon <br />' conviction shall be punished by a fine of not <br /> more than $750.00 or imprisonment for not more <br /> than ninety (90) days or both. <br /> SECTION 3.
