' The City Council of the City of Ramsey doe.s hereby ordain: Section 1. Amendment.. ~-The following described property iR hereby Zoned I-1 I ndustrlal: NW i/,e of NE I/4 Seclon 29, Township.32, Range 25, and NE V,, of NW V,~ ot Section 29 Township 32, Range 25 excluding that part lying s~butherly of the right-of.way line of the, Burlington Nor- Railroad Inc., in the City of Ramsey, AnDRe Minnesota. Section 2. Map. The City's Engineer Is hereby Instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the City of Ra~sey Zoning Map, which map Is adopted pursuant to Section 170.012 of the City Code. Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and publication according to law.
