Appeals from any decision <br />of the Board may be taken to any person or persons, jointly <br />or severally, aggrieved by any decision of the Board, or any <br />taxpaper, officer, department, board, or bureau of the <br />mumicipality, to the District Court of this jurisdictiom <br />as provided in Mi~nesota Statutes 462.361. <br /> <br />Conditional Uses. The processing of Conditional Use Permits <br />shall follow that procedure as outlined in Sections 170.016B <br />and 170.016C of the City Code. In additiom to the above, <br />the Zoning Administrator shall submit by mail to the <br />Commissioner of Natural Resources a copy of the application <br />for proposed conditional Uses sufficiently in advance so <br />that the Commissioner will receive at least ten days notice <br />of the hearing. A copy of all decisions granting Conditional <br />Use Permits shall be forwarded by mail to the Commissioner <br />of Natural Resources within ten (10) days of such action. <br />Procedures for Evaluating Proposed Conditional Uses Within <br />the General Flood Plain District. <br /> <br />(1) Upon receipt of an application for a Conditional Use <br /> Per. mit for a use within the the General Flood Plain Dis- <br /> trict, the applicant shall be required to furnish such <br /> of the following information as is deemed necessary by <br /> the Planning Commission for the determination of the <br /> Regulatory Flood Protection Elevatiom and whether the <br /> proposed use is within the floodway or flood fringe. <br /> <br />-22- <br /> <br /> <br />
