SECTION 170.0611.0 PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION <br /> <br /> Violation of the provisions of this Ordinance or failure to comply <br />with any of its requirements (including violations of conditions and safe- <br />guards established in co~_nection with grants of Variances or Conditional <br />Uses) shall constitute a misdemeanor. Any person who violates this Ordi- <br />nance or fails to comply with any of its requirements shall upon convic- <br />tion thereof be fined no more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than <br />90 days, or both, and in addition shall pay all costs and expenses in- <br />volved in the case. Each day such violation continues shall be considered <br />a separate offense. <br /> <br /> Nothing herein contained shall prevent the City of Ramsey from <br />taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any <br />violation. <br /> <br />-30- <br /> <br /> <br />
