These uses are <br /> also subject to the provisions of Section 170.064.3, which applies <br /> %o all floodway Conditional Uses. <br /> <br />170.064.21 Structures accessory to open space uses. <br /> <br />170.064.22 Placement of fill. <br /> <br />170.064.23 Extraction of sand, gravel, and other materials. <br /> <br />170.064.24 Marinas, boat rentals, docks, piers, wharves and water control <br /> structures. <br /> <br />170.064.25 Railroads, streets, bridges, utility transmission lines, and <br /> pipelines. <br /> <br />170.064.26 Storage yards for equipment, machinery, or materials. <br /> <br />170.064.27 Other uses similar in nature to uses described in Sections <br /> 170.064.1 and 170.064.2 which are consistent with the pro- <br /> visions set out in Sections 170.061.3 and 170.064.0 of this <br /> Ordinance. <br /> <br />170.064.3 Standards for Floodway Conditional Uses <br /> <br />170.064.31 Ail Uses. No structure (temporary or permanent)~ fill (in- <br /> cluding fill for roads and levees), deposit, obstruction, stor- <br /> age of materials, or equipment, or other uses may be allowed as <br /> a Conditional Use which, acting alone or in combination with <br /> existing or reasonably anticipated future uses, adversely affects <br /> the capacity of the floodway or increases flood heights.
