130.0917 - Revocation. <br /> <br /> 1. The city co~ucil may suspend or revoke an "off-sale" license for the violation <br />of any provision of condition of this section or of any state law or federal law regu- <br />lation intoxicating liquor and shall revoke such license for any willful violation <br />which, under the laws of the state, is grounds for mandatory revocation, and shall re- <br />voke for failure to keep the insurance required by Section 130.0913 of this chapter in <br />full force and effect. <br /> <br /> 2. If the premises are not ready for occupancy within one (1) year after the <br />initial license is issued, the license shall be revoked and will not be reissued. The <br />licensee may make an application for a new license, but will be given no special con- <br />sideration as opposed to any other applicants. <br /> <br />130.0918 - Revocation Procedure. Except in the case of a suspension pending a hearing <br />on revocation, revocation or suspension by the council shall be preceded by written <br />notice to the licensee and a public hearing. The notice shall give at least ten (10) <br />days notice of the time and place of the hearing and shall state the general nature <br />of the charges against the licensee. The council may, without any notice, suspend <br />any license pending a hearing or revocation for a period not exceeding thirty (30) <br />days. The notice may be served upon the licensee personally or by leaving the same <br />at the licensed premises with the person in charge thereof. No suspension shall ex- <br />ceed sixty (60) days. <br /> <br />130.0919 - License Year. An "off-sale" license expires June 30 next following its <br />effective date. The fee for an "off-sale" license granted after the commencement of <br />the license year shall be pro-rated on a monthly basis, but there shall be no pro- <br />rating of fees on renewals or transfers. <br /> <br />130.0920 - Enlargement, Alterations or Extension of Premises. Proposed enlargement, <br />alteration or extension of premises previously licensed shall be reported %o the city <br />clerk-treasurer at or before the time the application is made for a building permit <br />for any such change and the licensee shall also give such information as is required <br />by Section 130.094. <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication according <br />to law. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of May, 1978, by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />-12- <br /> <br /> <br />
