<br />files a copy of each issue imme&ately M~ the State Historical Society. (7) Said newspa~r
<br />is made available at single or subscription prices to any ~rson, cor~ration, ~rtnership or
<br />o~er ~incorporated ass~iation requesting the newsier and making the applicable
<br />payment. (8) Said newspa~r has compli~ ~th all the foregoing con~tions for at least one
<br />year prec~ing the day or dates of publication mentioned ~low. (9) Said newspaper has
<br />filed wi~ ~e S~re~ry of S~te of Minneso~ prior to January 1, 1~ and ~ch January 1
<br />~ereafter an affidavit in the form prescrib~ by the ~cretary of S~te and sign~ by Arch
<br />G. 'P~se and sworn to before a no~ry public s~ting that the newspa~r is a legal
