CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MI NNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 75-6 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR ORDERLY <br />LAND DEVELOPMENT AND INTENDING TO <br />PREVENT ECONOMIC HARDSHIP ON THE <br />PRESENT AND FUTURE PROPERTY OWNERS <br />IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ORDAINS. <br /> SECTION 1. PURPOSE. <br /> The purpose of this Ordinance is to provide for <br />orderly land development with the intent of <br />preventing, to the extent possible, future economic <br />hardship which may affect present and future <br />property owners in the City of Ramsay when public <br />utilities are constructed end assessed. <br /> SECTION 2. RESTRICTIONS ON BUILDING <br />SITES. <br /> All buildings hereafter constructed in any area of <br />the City shall be sited on their respective lot with <br />respect to the "plan for future re,subdivision" as <br />provided in accordance with the City of Ramsay <br />Subdivision Ordinance as if those future lot lines <br />were recorded at the time the building permit ap- <br />plication is made. For purposes of this Ordinance, <br />theon site sewer system is not considered a part of <br />the building. <br /> SECTION 3. ENFORCEMENT. <br /> The Zoning Officer and Building Inspector shall <br />not issue a building permit for any building whose <br />proposed site on specific lots is not in accord with <br />Section (2) above. <br /> SECTION 4. APPEAL. <br /> Any person aggrieved by a decision, grant or <br />refusal made by the Zoning Officer and Building <br />Inspector in the administration of this Ordinance <br />may appeal that decision, grant or refusal to the <br />Board of Adiustment as established by the City's <br />Zoning Ordinance No. 73-5, and in accordance with <br />theprocedure as outlined in said Ordinance No. 73-5, <br />Section 8.6. <br /> SECTION 5, VIOLATION AND PENALTY. <br /> Any person, firm or corporation violating any of <br />the provisions of lhis Ordinance shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be <br />punished by a fine of not more than $,300.00 or by <br />imprisonment not to exceed 90 days for ,each offense. <br />Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall <br />constitute a separate offense. <br /> SECTION 6.
