<br />ECTION 6. HORSEMAN'S COMMITTEE
<br />,. The Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes the
<br />lblishment of a- Horseman's Committee to assist the

<br />k!ng a horse permit, to receive complaints from
<br />se aggrieved by horse owners or keepers, to in-
<br />flgate complaints, to advise horse owners against
<br />~m. complainls have be.an lodged and to advise 1he
<br />~ Board as to appropriate action·
<br />I. The Board of Supervisors shall appoiqt five (5)
<br />so~s to the Horseman's commiflee, including When
<br />s~le,' a representative of the largest local horea-
<br />,.rffed association or club, and any Other perSOn
<br />~m the Board of Supervisors feels is qualified to
<br />ye. Two (2) members shall serve a three (3) 'year
<br />rn, two (2) members shall serve a two (2) year term
<br />lone (1) member shall serve a One (1) year term.

<br />;ECTION . 7. PERMITS AND PERMIT

<br />L The Horseman's Commiltee shall inspect the

<br />II be kept or stabled will pay a stable fee of $7.50.to
<br />~Town Clerk or the Horseman'~ Committee. This fee
<br />;1' be'used to compensate the cost of issuing: the
<br />rmit~ and the cost of Investigating complainls'. All
<br />teens owning property in Ramsay Township where
<br />,sss are maintained must have a permit. Those
<br />teens who have maintained horses prior to the
<br />~olien of this ordtha.nce shall be inspected before
<br />~alning a permit.
<br />-% The permit will be of indefinite duratiori but
<br />=[ect 1o revocation for good cause. Any permit
<br />ued may be revoked by the Town Board of Super.
