SECTION 4. APPLIED FOR WITH PERMIT AND FEE. <br /> <br /> All certificates of occupancy shall be applied for co-incident with the <br />application for a building permit; Said certificate shall be issued within ten <br />days after the erection, moving or alteration shall have been approved. <br />The zoning officer shall make the final building code and occupancy permit <br />inspection at no further cost to the applicant and upon the request of the <br />applicant. However, if at this final building code inspection, the zoning officer <br />determines that further items need completion prior to issuing the occupancy permit, <br />and it is necessary for the zoning officer to make one or more return inspections, <br />then eachi~lx~[~vi~l~c~l~a s~)a~lJi~ee ~il~liFl~v~tae~0.0/100 ($25.00) Dollars <br />per inspectionli charged to the building permit, applicant. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. RECORD. <br /> <br /> The zoning officer shall maintain a record of all certificates and copies <br />shall be furnished upon re'quest to any person having a proprietary or tenancy <br />interest in the building affected. <br /> <br /> SECTION 6. MANDATORY. <br /> <br /> No permit or excavation for, or the erection or alteration of or repairs <br />to any building shall be issued until an application has been made for a <br />certificate of occupancy. <br /> <br /> A certificate of occupancy shall be issued to the owners of the dwelling <br />which has been moved only after said owner has complied with ail of the <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. PENALTIES. <br /> <br /> Any person violating the provisions of.this ordinance shall be guilty of <br />a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to <br />exceed Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) or imprisonment for not to exceed <br />ninety (90) days. Each day a violation is permitted to exist shall constitutea <br />separate offense. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. REPEALER. <br /> <br />Ordinance 73-3, adopted May 1, 1973, is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> <br />
