SECTION 7. DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS. The owner or tenant or persons having written authorization of such owner or tenant may, and upon the land of the owner or his tenant, discharge firearms in hunting wild game in accordance with ~.,the laws of the State of ~nnesota, only so as not to be within 500 /~F(~'.ya~dsmof any residence or other structure. The constable of the Township may grant to such persons as he may think proper, license to carry concealed weapons, and may revoke any such license at his pleasure. Application for such license shall be made to the constable of the Township in writing, and when granted, the person applying therefor shall pay into the Township treasury the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00), and there upon a license shall be issued by the Township Clerk and signed by the constable. Every such license shall state the name, age, location and residence of the person to whom it is granted and shall expire on the 31st day of December of each and every year. SECTION 9. REPEAL. All other ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewitl~ are hereby repealed. SECTION 10. PENALTIES. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) or imprisonment for not to exceed ninety (90) days. SECTION 1!. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to law. PASSED by the Town Board this 20~day of August, 1973.
