Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #23-272 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br /> RIVERSTONE SOUTH FOURTH ADDITION <br /> WHEREAS, Riverstone Development LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly <br /> applied for Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> Outlot N, Riverstone South, Anoka County, Minnesota, and <br /> Outlot A, Riverstone South Third Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (the `Subject Property'); and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed final plat is consistent with the approved preliminary plat of <br /> Riverstone South; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat of Riverstone South Fourth Addition on <br /> November 14, 2023. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Final Plat and Development Agreement for <br /> Riverstone South Fourth Addition, contingent upon: <br /> a. Approval by the City Attorney as to legal form. <br /> b. Construction plans sub j ect to current Staff Review Comments in Proj ectDox. <br /> 2. The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to sign the Development Agreement. <br />
