Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #23-273 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVISED FINAL PLAT FOR BUNKER LAKE <br /> INDUSTRIAL PARK FOURTH ADDITION <br /> WHEREAS, PSD, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for Final Plat <br /> approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> Outlot A, Bunker Lake Industrial Park 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> Or upon platting: <br /> Lots 1-2, Block 1, Bunker Lake Industrial Park Fourth Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (the `Subject Property'); <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the Final Plat (and a Site Plan for BLIP <br /> Building#5, located on Lot 1, Block 1 Bunker Lake Industrial Park Fourth Addition) on June 22, 2023; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed and approved the Final Plat (and a Site Plan for BLIP <br /> Building#5 on Lot 1) for Bunker Lake Industrial Park Fourth Addition on July 11, 2023; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 19, 2023, the Developer met with City Staff to discuss necessary steps <br /> to accommodate a prospective buyer of Lot 2, Block 1 Bunker Lake Industrial Park 4th Addition; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 24, 2023,the Developer submitted a revised Final Plat for Bunker Lake <br /> Industrial Park Fourth Addition. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the revised Final Plat for Bunker Lake <br /> Industrial Park Fourth Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> a) That the development of Lot 2 is still subj ect to Site Plan review. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br />
