Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #23-281 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY PROPOSALS FOR 2024 <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD PAVEMENT OVERLAY IMPROVEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROJECT #24-07 <br /> WHEREAS, request for proposals were submitted to two (2) firms for the purpose of obtaining <br /> proposals for completing a topographic survey of pedestrian ramps within the 2024 Neighborhood Pavement <br /> Overlay Improvements,Improvement Project#24-07;and <br /> WHEREAS, the two (2) topographic survey quotes received are tabulated below; and <br /> Project Bolton & Menk, Inc. Hakanson Anderson <br /> IP 24-0712024 <br /> Neighborhood Pavement <br /> Overlay Improvements $3,400.00 $3,625.00 <br /> WHEREAS, the quote of Bolton & Menk, Inc. in the total amount of$3,400.00 for said <br /> services in accordance with the prepared proposals is the lowest responsible quote and their quote <br /> shall be and hereby is accepted. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with Bolton&Menk, Inc. for said survey services for and on behalf of the City of <br /> Ramsey. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br />
