1 conversion includes,but is not limited to,the provision of landscaping,turf restoration and the <br /> 2 removal of parking lots, signage, and lighting. <br /> 3 (4) At no time may a model home, temporary real estate office, or construction trailer/field office <br /> 4 be used as living quarters. <br /> 5 <br /> 6 (E) Multiple Family Dwellings. Multiple family dwelling buildings intended for general occupancy <br /> 7 (excluding Senior Living) shall have the following requirements: <br /> 8 (1) Unit types. All buildings shall have a mix of three or more different unit types. In no case <br /> 9 shall a building be comprised of more than 60 percent one-bedroom units and no more than 20 <br /> 10 percent efficiency or studio units. <br /> 11 (2) Controlled access entry systems are required for all multiple family dwelling buildings <br /> 12 including accesses between enclosed parking and the rest of the building. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 (F) Patios and Decks <br /> 15 (1) Side and rear setbacks—5 feet. <br /> 16 (2) Front setback— 10 feet less than the front yard setback for principal structures in each zoning <br /> 17 district. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 (G) Principal structures within the MUSA Reserve District constructed after the adoption date of this <br /> 20 chapter: <br /> 21 (1) All principal structures shall be orientated in such a way where access can be modified from <br /> 22 an existing arterial or collector roadway to a new local street anticipated with any future <br /> 23 subdivision on the property. <br /> 24 (2) All structures shall be designed for eventual connection to City services. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 (H) Religious Institutions. <br /> 27 (1) In any residential district, a religious institution must be located along an arterial roadway or <br /> 28 at the intersection of two collector roadways as defined by the Existing Functional <br /> 29 Classification map in the Comprehensive Plan. Vehicular access to the site must be from either <br /> 30 the collector or arterial roadway or a designated frontage road. <br /> 31 (2) Dwelling Units. Dwelling units are allowed as an accessory use as a residence for clergy, staff, <br /> 32 or mission of the institution. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 (I) Temporary portable storage containers. <br /> 35 (1) One temporary portable storage container is allowed per dwelling unit for a maximum of 30 <br /> 36 consecutive days in a calendar year,unless in conjunction with an active building permit. <br /> 37 (2) The storage container must be located on the driveway of the dwelling unit it is serving. An <br /> 38 alternate location maybe approved by the Zoning Administrator. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 426 Temporary Health Care Dwellings <br /> 41 Pursuant to authority granted by Minn. Stats. § 462.3593, subd. 9, the City of Ramsey opts-out of the <br /> 42 requirements of Minn.
