Retail shopping One space for each 200 square feet of floor space <br /> for retail uses under 20,000 square feet. One space <br /> for each 250 square feet of floor space for retail <br /> uses over 20,000 square feet. <br /> 1 <br /> 2 (C) Parking Maximum. For uses listed in the table above,uses may not exceed the calculated amount by <br /> 3 20 percent without submitting a parking justification report. <br /> 4 <br /> 5 (D) Parking spaces and drive aisles. From public rights-of-way—20 feet <br /> 17 b. Side and rear property lines—5 feet <br /> 18 C. Side or rear adjacent to a residential zone—35 feet. <br /> 19 (3) Vehicle sales and rental inventory and display lots must follow these design requirements. <br /> 20 (4) Structured Parking. <br /> 21 a. Structured parking facilities shall be considered buildings for the purposes of setbacks. <br /> 22 b. Structures must be designed architecturally compatible with the building it is intended to <br /> 23 serve. All levels must have exterior wall segments suitable to screen headlights of the <br /> 24 parked vehicles. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 561 Loading <br /> 27 (A) One off-street loading dock or designated loading zone shall be provided for every business <br /> 28 and industrial use. <br /> 29 (B) Loading, unloading, and transferring of product or materials to and from commercial vehicles must <br /> 30 not occur on a public roadway. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 562-564 Reserved. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 565 Waste Management <br /> 35 All waste must be located in dumpsters or trash bins. Waste enclosures architecturally compatible with the <br /> 36 principal structure shall screen the dumpsters or trash bins and have opaque gates shall be provided in B 1, <br /> 37 B2, B3, and I1 districts.
