Structured parking facilities shall be considered buildings for the purposes of setbacks. 22 b. Structures must be designed architecturally compatible with the building it is intended to 23 serve. All levels must have exterior wall segments suitable to screen headlights of the 24 parked vehicles. 25 26 561 Loading 27 (A) One off-street loading dock or designated loading zone shall be provided for every business 28 and industrial use. 29 (B) Loading, unloading, and transferring of product or materials to and from commercial vehicles must 30 not occur on a public roadway. 31 32 562-564 Reserved. 33 34 565 Waste Management 35 All waste must be located in dumpsters or trash bins. Waste enclosures architecturally compatible with the 36 principal structure shall screen the dumpsters or trash bins and have opaque gates shall be provided in B 1, 37 B2, B3, and I1 districts.
