1 (4) Neither the car wash or accessory vacuum shall be located within 300 feet of any residential <br /> 2 use unless completely screened or located across an arterial or major collector roadway from <br /> 3 the residential use. <br /> 4 (D) Commercial Indoor Recreation. Uses are limited to 30,000 square feet. <br /> 5 (E) Drive-thrus. In addition to the standards set forth in Section 525, drive-thrus accessory to business <br /> 6 uses in COR have the following standards: <br /> 7 1. Within the COR-1 subdistrict, the drive-thru lane shall be located in the rear or side yard <br /> 8 only. A drive thru lane shall not be located adjacent to any destination street as classified in <br /> 9 the COR design framework. <br /> 10 2. Within the COR-2a and COR-3 subdistricts there shall be no more than one drive-thru lane <br /> 11 serving a given use. <br /> 12 3. Within the COR-2b subdistrict there shall be no more than two drive-thru lanes serving a <br /> 13 given use. <br /> 14 4. Drive-thru lanes are not permitted in the front yard or within the front build-to-line. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 626-629 Reserved. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 630 Bulk Standards <br /> 19 All bulk standards within the COR district shall meet the COR Development Framework that is <br /> 20 incorporated into this chapter by reference, as amended by the city council on November 27, 2012. The <br /> 21 following requirements shall also apply: <br /> 22 (A) All structures within the COR-1 Subdistrict must be at least 22 feet in height with a two-story <br /> 23 appearance. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 631-659 Reserved. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 660 COR Parking Standards <br /> 28 All parking within the COR district shall meet the COR Development Framework that is incorporated into <br /> 29 this chapter by reference, as amended by the city council on November 27, 2012. Quantity and parking lot <br /> 30 or structure design standards shall follow the standards set forth in Section 460 for residential uses and 560 <br /> 31 for business or mixed-use uses. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 661-669 Reserved. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 670 COR Landscaping Standards <br /> 36 All landscaping, including streetscape requirements, within the COR district shall meet the COR <br /> 37 Development Framework that is incorporated into this chapter by reference, as amended by the city council <br /> 38 on November 27, 2012. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 671-679 Reserved. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 680 COR Architectural Design Standards <br /> 43 All architectural designs within the COR district shall meet the COR Development Framework that is <br /> 44 incorporated into this chapter by reference, as amended by the city council on November 27, 2012. <br /> 45 <br /> 46 681-699 Reserved <br /> 47 <br /> 48 700 Planned Unit Developments (PUD) <br /> 49 <br /> 50 701-709 Reserved. <br /> 51 <br /> 52 710 Districts Established and Purpose <br /> Page 83 of 141 <br />
