ORDINANCE#23-20 <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA,AMENDING CHAPTER 26 LICENSES, PERMITS, <br /> AND MISCELLANIOUS BUSINESS REGULATIONS,ARTICLE XVI.TOBACCO, DIVISION 2. LICENSE <br /> The City Council of Ramsey ordains: <br /> Chapter 26,Article XVI, Division 2. In general, in the Ramsey City Code hereby amended Section 26-787 <br /> (6) <br /> ARTICLE XVI. TOBACCO <br /> Division 2. License <br /> Sec. 26-787. Required; application; term. <br /> No person shall sell or offer to sell any tobacco,tobacco products,or tobacco-related device without first <br /> having obtained a license to do so from the city. <br /> (6) A4evemb e Wa. Location of business. No license shall be issued to a moveable place of business. Only <br /> fixed location businesses shall be eligible to be licensed under this article. Only one license may be <br /> issued for any given location or address. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE.
