Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #23-280 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR 180th LANE <br /> DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS; IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #24-04 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to construct drainage improvements along 180th Lane <br /> NW to prevent stormwater runoff generated from the City-owned right-of-way for 180th Lane from <br /> continuing to enter private property; and <br /> WHEREAS, Bolton&Menk, Inc. submitted a proposal for topographic survey of the project area <br /> in the total amount of$3,460.00; and <br /> WHEREAS,City Staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for 180th Lane Drainage <br /> Improvements, Improvement Project 924-04. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for <br /> 180th Lane Drainage Improvements, Improvement Project 924-04. <br /> 2) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br /> Bolton& Menk, Inc. for said survey services for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Councilmember Riley <br />
