City of <br />RAMSEY <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW • Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />City Hall: 763.427.1410 • Fax: 763.427.5543 <br />www.cityoframsey.com <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />PROJECT NO. 23-120: LARSON SHED VARIANCE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing on <br />Thursday, November 30, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive <br />NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Variance to construct a shed in the front <br />yard on the property generally known as 6070 143rd Lane NW and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 6, Block 2, Cedar Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />All interested persons are invited to attend and comment on the proposed requests in person or <br />remotely from a PC, Mac, Linus, IOS, or Android at www.cityoframsey.com/meetings. Remote <br />attendees desiring to speak to the Planning Commission are asked to use their webcam. <br />The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, <br />information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person <br />with such a request should contact Dana Verbeek by noon on Wednesday, November 22, 2023. <br />Comments are welcome and shall be sent to planning@cityoframsey.com or addressed to the <br />Ramsey Planning Commission, at 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
