City of I� <br />RAMSEY <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW • Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />City Hall: 763.427.1410 • Fax: 763.427.5543 <br />www.cityoframsey.com <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />PROJECT # 23-122: RARE POMERANIANS <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Ramsey will hold a public <br />hearing on Tuesday, November 30, 2023, at 7:00 pm at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 <br />Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a <br />commercial dog breeder to operate on the property generally known as 15110 Uranimite St NW <br />and legally described as: <br />The West 213 feet of the South 205 feet of the North 1275 feet of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 21, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, subject <br />to easements of record. <br />The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, <br />information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available.
