Minimum roadway width. <br /> No person shall park any vehicle upon a street other than an alley in such a manner or under such conditions <br /> as to leave available less than ten feet of the width of the roadway for the free movement of vehicular traffic,and <br /> no person shall stop,stand, or park a vehicle within an alley in such position as to block the driveway of any <br /> abutting property. <br /> (Code 1978, §6.03.09;Ord. Display for sale. <br /> No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway, boulevard,sidewalk,trail,or Right of Way for the principal <br /> purpose of displaying such vehicle for sale or parked in such a manner as to be used as advertising of a business. <br /> (Code 1978, §6.03.10;Ord. No parking signs; public facilities. <br /> The city engineer is authorized to erect signs indicating no parking upon either or both sides of any street <br /> adjacent to any school or hospital property or any public facility(i.e.,fire station, recreation center)when such <br /> parking would, in their opinion, interfere with traffic or create a hazardous condition. <br /> (Code 1978, §6.03.12;Ord. No parking signs; street width. <br /> The city engineer is authorized to erect signs indicating no parking upon any street when the width of the <br /> roadway does not exceed 20 feet,or upon one side of a street as indicated by such signs when the width of the <br /> roadway does not exceed 30 feet or for snow removal. <br /> (Code 1978, §6.03.13;Ord.
